The therapist constantly pressed too hard thinking pressing is massage. She also focussed more on rubbing the bone than sorting out knots in the muscle. I was afraid she might press hard on my sensitive neck. Finally I walked out after 15 min into an hour long massage. Appreciate that they took the feedback and returned the money.
