Nice place and the masseuse is friendly.
Have visited the spa twice.
Each time, the massuers (Tong Tong and Anna) that I booked, they looked totally different from the photos.
On my second visit today, after half an hour through the massage session, Anna asked if I was interested in the $38 extra package. Have to pay at the counter. She said friendship first before anything else so that can enjoy the whole session.
I turned down the offer. My thoughts are, shouldn’t the spa centre offer the same quality regardless if I take up the upgraded package or not?
After turning down the upgraded $38.00 package, the whole session became tensed ! There was silence throughout with no other conversation, except later I break the silence.
Even the massage session became half hearted. Obviously, she is just trying to buy time, and complete the whole session. Press, pause for few seconds then press pause for few seconds.
Last but not least, Anna was also late 10 minutes late for the session. Only thing she just dragged her way through to complete the 60 minutes session.
This will be my last time here.
My advice to management is, if you want to feature your masseurs with photos, please make sure they are exactly what they should looked like. I understand the photos need to look good but at least it should be the latest or updated ones.
I don’t do or give fake reviews. There is video recording at the front counter. The management can always verify if I am really at the spa today.
Those that paid for the normal entrance fee is consider low class citizen. Will only be given a room on the 1st floor.
Anna’s service is horrible and terrible.
When I see suddenly so many reviews suddenly written on Anna but not the rest, one thing for sure — FAKE !!!

The massage lady was not as good as I thought it would be, seem like no experience (Tracy) was the name. Took 1,5 hours but felt no better,
But my daughter got a proper experience lady (Helen) she also helped to relief my back which the lady who was allocated to me did not know how to, I felt sad wasted of $75/-
Anna is very skillfull and hardworking her mesaage skill is good
